Sonal Soveni is an entrepreneur, filmmaker, artist, philanthropist, PhD in Psychology, cultural operator, and founder building businesses at the intersection of art, community, and human-centered leadership. She sustained her first TBI in 2012, but then unfortunately sustained a second TBI again in 2017.

Fast forward to now-her work took on a deeper intentionality redefining what it means to build sustainably, lead with clarity, and design systems that honor the brain, body, and creative process. Rather than forcing herself into traditional productivity models, Sonal built a business that adapts to cognitive pacing, sensory awareness, and emotional regulation proving that accommodation and ambition are not opposites. Her leadership approach integrates trauma-informed practices, creative inquiry, and operational rigor, allowing both people and ideas to thrive without burnout.

Through her work, Sonal advocates for a new paradigm of entrepreneurship one where invisible injuries are not hidden, where rest is strategic, and where lived experience becomes an operating advantage. Her practice challenges extractive business culture and demonstrates how resilience, when designed for rather than demanded, can produce meaningful impact at scale.
